COW SHED
Swami Paramananda Maharaj envisioned that the Mission kids should get nutritious food. He instructed to build a modern cow shed. Thus we started our very own Go-Shala or cow shed bought 12-15 cows of good breed. These cows give a lot of milk and hence are very useful for diary purposes. The orphans get home made curd every day in the lunch. This facility presently house 40 cows and has a capacity to accommodate about 100 cows. Mission also gets help to do the organic farming from the Cow’s Go-mutra (Cow Urine) and Go-mai (Cow Dung). This is the source of completely sustainable agriculture to produce lots of vegetables at the mission.
