Over 350 orphan children get their daily needs, food, education and health care at Paramananda Mission, a philanthropic organization which was established in 1978 to renders social welfare services especially to economically downtrodden irrespective to caste, creed, or religion.

In safe surroundings former street children receive love, education and an opportunity to live a worthy life. Would you like to be a part of this? In addition to these kids from the orphanage, another 850 plus local economically challenged village children who also attend the school with a total population of about 1200 children. We always need of school supplies, beds, bedding, food and medicine for the service of these students. In addition our Mission is building the new housing for serving more students. Our Mission has an elementary school (K-4th) and a High School (5th â€“ 10th), and an English speaking only School, Youth computer training and vocational training centers, a library, a publication center, a health center for free medical treatment.

Dear Recipient

Would you consider helping these orphans to get out of the slums and streets and to get an education and a worthy life? We request you to become a sponsor of these children for a shorter or longer period of time by donating a small amount of money to this good cause. The money is directly deposited to the mission’s bank account for the orphan children’s service and there is no middle step and person involve. These are the orphans who come from the poorest classes of society. Many of them are literally picked up from the streets. Now they are getting love, care, protection, food and education. The children live and learn at our Mission which truly suggests the correct meaning such as task, errand, and vocation and according to Swami Paramananda, Â«missionÂ» implied all these activities.

Everybody in the project works for free. This goes for teachers and personal at the school as well as for others who are serving in this project. Paramananda Mission is situated at the heart of a green area in the rural district far away from city noise and industrial pollution. The expenditures for these services at Paramananda Mission are mostly covered by the individual donation from kind hearted people in India and around the world.
